Opening of Salve Regina Academy

On Tuesday, September 3, the students and staff of Salve Regina Academy celebrated the opening of their school with a Mass led by Most Reverend Peter A. Libasci. Salve Regina Academy is the parochial school of Holy Family Parish. Salve Regina Academy supports grades pre-K through grade 8, and opened with 43 students enrolled. Rev. Kyle Stanton, pastor of Good Shepherd and Holy Family Parishes, is the formal head of school. As part of the ceremonies, Bishop Libasci and Father Stanton visited the classrooms of the new school building, interacting with the students of this inaugural school year and providing their blessing.
